Hello:
I am a parent of a 15 year-old daughter. My child has been emotionally abused my her other parent for over twelve years. When 'Judge' Walsh was given proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that this abuse was occurring (it was e-mails from the abuser, describing the abuse, to an enabler) she chose not to stop it. She rewarded it! She PARTICIPATED in it!
Has anyone else had a problem with this incompetent black-robed fool?

you are speaking out of ignorance. you try being a judge or a cps worker---------you couldn't do it in a million years. yeah, i know judge walsh and she is one of the finest, most caring people i know. by the way, what the hell were YOU doing while your kid suffered for 12 years ? because judge walsh wasn't even on the bench until 2005. sounds to me like you're an incompetent fool.
ReplyDeleteI had a very similar experience with Judge Walsh. If there is one thing I expect of a judge, it is good judgement which she appears to be lacking. During our hearing, Ms. Walsh indicated that there was no prompting of the child. Ms. Walsh was asked how she knew this and she replied that she just knows, from experience. In her arrogance, she then disregarded a forensic evaluation by a psychologist evidencing that not only was the parent in question prompting, but was and is practicing programming and alienation. Ms. Walsh, without cause, took a child from a good home. When questioned, why she was going to take a child from a good home, she refused to answer and did it anyhow. Ms. Walsh should be removed from the bench as soon as possible. Unfortunately the child is now living with an abusive parent.
